30th Annual Woodlot Tour and Conference

The Ontario Woodlot Association's 30th Annual Woodlot Tour and is to be held on Tuesday April 25, 2023 and Wednesday April 26, 2023 in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

April 25, 2023

Tours: Registration for the tours is now closed.

The itinerary for the woodlot tour and "Legal Vices" tour will be provided to registrants later this week. 

Spring Celebration Dinner: Registration for the dinner is now closed. 

April 26, 2023

Annual Meeting and Conference: Registration is still available for Day 2 of the conference on April 26, 2023 at Niagara College. Lunch and snacks will be provided throughout the day. Note that you must pre-pay for parking. 

Registration Information: 

There are three different registration prices for various groups: member, non-member and student.

For each membership group, there are "Early Bird" and "Conference-Only" registrations available.

Unavailable: Tour, Dinner and Conference tickets include: one half-day tour (you have a choice of attending one of three concurrent tours), the Spring Celebration Dinner at the Queenston Heights Restaurant, and entry to the Annual Meeting and Conference. These events occur on April 25th and April 26th. Members can pay to bring one additional guest. 

Available: Conference [Only] tickets will admit one individual to the Annual Meeting and Conference on April 26th. Members can pay to bring one additional guest. 

Unavailable: Spring Celebration Dinner [Only] tickets available to members and non-members.

Note: 

Registration is non-refundable and subject to HST. Capacity for each tour is limited.

After registration you will receive a confirmation email with a link to report any dietary restrictions.
