Ever wonder what a tree marker does and the value of this service?
In this half day workshop you will get some hands-on experience in tree marking in a local woodlot.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll have an introductory experience in tree marking for quality timber, undesirable/defective trees, wildlife habitat, natural tree regeneration, protection of unique landscape features and bio-diversity. The compilation process will be reviewed. Online resources will be provided. Registration is limited.
What to Bring: water, snacks/lunch, good bush footwear, pencil, clipboard, appropriate outer wear
